We are getting resistance from many of the email members who simply post a cheque without bothering to renew online or worse pay by EFT without details. (We've yet to get PayPal). Payment details for cheques

When entering payment details, MyU3A only allows entry of a 7 digit bank account number. Newcastle Permanent account numbers are 8 digits. Working around it by omitting the first digit. Is this something that annoys others?

We have also found this problem an issue especially as a leader can add a member who hasn't paid into their class in MyU3A. I have logged this as an issue. We also have duplicate members who haven't paid and I have asked a question about deleting members which has been answered in another topic. Mar...

Is it possible to fully delete a member? People join up more than once, then don't pay and no longer want to be a part of the organisation for whatever reason. How do they become non-members? Members who haven't paid can be enrolled

If the Option - Member: Pay Before Enrol is set up as 'Yes', leaders can add members who haven't yet paid their membership fee. Maybe this should be possible through the Admin app but shouldn't be available to Tutors. Have others found this a problem?
