Printed program options

Post by U3ABB » Wed Nov 22, 2017 6:44 pm

Our Course Coordinator has asked me to ask forum members how they prepare a printed class list for mailing and distribution? A copy and paste from MyU3A really doesn't present a user friendly format, and re-formatting the information is time consuming and less than satisfactory. How are other U3As presenting class information in hard copy? Any suggestions will be gratefully received.

We are doing it manually in Word program. It is time consuming, but a least we are doing it once a year :)

Hi Mel, If I'm on the right track, for next semester we entered the courses, then I fiddled with the dates in Options in Support and copied Live to be able to see earlier than in Live what we had in the online courses. Then a copy and paste by day into Word and deleted all the Term 2 classes. Then it was reformatted to make it more readable. Yes, definitely a fiddle. It would be excellent to have something better, Margaret
